Jason Ball is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Phase 2 since April 2023. Jason previously held the position of Director of Engineering at SafetySkills from June 2007 to January 2023, where innovative contributions included the invention of a courseware framework that established a standard for non-linear training content.
