Justin Soenke

Justin Soenke is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors. As President & CEO of Phase 3 Enterprises, Inc. since March 2005, leading a Santa Barbara-based web design and IT consulting firm, Justin also serves as CEO of Integrated IT, LLC, a managed IT and consulting firm since August 2012, and Elevated Advertising, LLC, where business development and strategic planning are key focuses. Prior roles include IT Director at J. W. Bailey Construction Co. from December 1998 to March 2005 and Principal at JS & Associates, providing computer and network security services from August 1995 to December 1998. Justin's education was completed privately between 1993 and 1998.
