Phase 3 Projects (P3P) provides structured, independent project management, superintendent and contract administration services across Queensland.

With our head office based in Townsville, we support a growing number of resources throughout the state, working closely with local and state government, and major asset owners, to deliver a range of regional and metropolitan projects.

Our team bring experience from both contractor and client-side environments. This perspective allows us to approach projects with balanced judgement, practical understanding and consistent application of contract requirements.

The vast project portfolio held collectively by the P3P team provides our clients with confidence in the effective delivery of the following infrastructure areas:
