Kirsty Wilkes

Kirsty Wilkes is a seasoned HR and consultancy professional with extensive experience in implementing HRIS solutions and leading projects. Currently serving as a Lead Consultant at Phase 3 since January 2022, Kirsty manages Sage People projects across multiple clients, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-launch support. Prior to this, Kirsty held roles such as HRIS Implementation Manager at Natural HR and HR Consultant at MHR, where responsibilities included project management, technical consultancy, and process improvement for various HR systems. Kirsty’s earlier positions include HR Systems Specialist at DLA Piper and HR Information & Systems Officer at Staffordshire & West Midlands CRC, among others. Kirsty holds a Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Birmingham Metropolitan College.
