Eigil Mølvig Jensen

Eigil Mølvig Jensen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eigil Mølvig started their career in 1999 as a Programmer at Novenco, where they worked on developing a software application for air-conditioning capacity calculations in larger ships. In 2003, they joined Danmarks Erhvervs Information as an IT Employee, where they were responsible for developing a new internal CMS system based on PHP and MySQL, along with other IT tasks.

In the same year, Eigil worked as an Engineer trainee at FORCE Technology, where they developed a module for the P-scan4 scanner software, focused on calculating and presenting scan results from steel tanks and pipelines. Eigil Mølvig then moved to Fødevareforbundet NNF - Food Workers' Union as a Technical Student Assistant, from 2005 to 2006.

From 2006 to 2017, Eigil worked at IHFood A/S as a System Developer, where they played a significant role in developing various vision products including ClassifEYE, EggInspector, FishGutInspector, FishMeasurer, and ChickenLiverInspector. Eigil Mølvig'swork primarily involved developing image analysis algorithms and programming the software functionality for each product. These systems are sold worldwide.

During this period, Eigil also worked as a Master Thesis Student at Visiopharm, where they focused on image analysis methods for measuring histopathological biomarkers used in osteoarthritis medicine research. Eigil Mølvig implemented the method in C++ as a plugin in existing VIS software from Visiopharm.

In 2017, Eigil joined Phase One as a Software Engineer, although no end date is specified for this role.
