Felix Chao

Felix Chao is a seasoned professional in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as the VP and US General Manager at Phase Scientific International Limited since December 2017. As a founding team member, Felix Chao has contributed to creating innovative diagnostic technologies that enhance health management. Previously, Felix Chao held multiple leadership roles at Phase Diagnostics from December 2015 to December 2017, driving the development of rapid point-of-care diagnostics. Prior to that, Felix Chao served as Head of Project Management at SciClone Pharmaceuticals, overseeing global project management and regulatory affairs for numerous markets. Early career experiences include project management at Genentech and research roles at UCLA and Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, focusing on oncology and diagnostic innovations. Felix Chao holds a B.S. in Bioengineering from UCLA.
