Garrett Mosley

Garrett Mosley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the biomedical field. Currently serving as Vice President of Innovation & Strategy at PHASE Scientific International Limited since May 2019, Mosley has held multiple roles including Vice President, Head of Research & Development, and Acting Head of Operations. Prior to this role, Mosley co-founded Phase Diagnostics and served as General Manager from March 2013 to May 2019. Education includes a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from UCLA, an Executive MBA from the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA Program, and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Biochemistry and Psychology from California Lutheran University.
