Leslie Chow is an accomplished finance professional with substantial experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Phase Scientific International Limited since August 2019, Leslie previously held positions such as Independent Non-Executive Director at Golden Power Group Holdings Ltd. until December 2023 and CFO at Takung Art Co., Ltd. from August 2015 to August 2019.
