Hema D'Souza

Hema D'souza is currently the Vice President of Lab Operations at Phase 2 Laboratories. She previously held the role of Clinical Laboratory Manager at Ascension, where she managed various aspects of laboratory operations, contributing to the growth and success of the organization. Prior to that, she served as Laboratory Outreach Manager and Program Director at Fortis Colleges and Institutes, demonstrating her expertise in optimizing workflows and achieving accreditations. With a background as a Medical Technologist at HCA Healthcare and Tata Group, Hema brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her current role. She holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
