Brooks Burton

Brooks Burton began their work experience in 2009 at AllPlayers.com, Inc., where they served as the Director of Product Management. During their time there, they contributed to the company's online registration, member management, and integrated financial solutions for SaaS providers in various industries. In 2015, they joined Phase2 as a Project Manager, responsible for assisting clients in identifying needs and solutions to enhance their organizations. Brooks ensured the efficiency and well-being of their team members and exceeded project financial and corporate objectives. Over the years, they progressed within Phase2 and held positions such as Senior Project Manager and Director of Engagement Leadership. Currently, they serve as the VP of Engagement at Phase2.

Brooks Burton holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Dallas. Brooks completed this degree from 2009 to 2010. Before their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration & Communications from Austin College, which they pursued from 2007 to 2009. Furthermore, Brooks Burton's educational background includes an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration & Theatre from Tyler Junior College, which they acquired between 2005 and 2007. Additionally, Brooks Burton obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance in January 2018.
