Kathy Gardner joined Palladium in 2022 and serves as Vice President of People Operations. Previously, she led North America business operations for Bridgepoint LLC, a global private equity firm. She served as a strategic partner to the European headquarters managing all functions within HR, Finance, Tax & Legal and business operations. Ms. Gardner earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Goldey Beacom College.
