UX Designer at Phase2

Caroline Hubbell has gained experience in UX design, visual design, and account management over the past five years. In 2021, they began working as a UX Designer at Phase2, where they have developed strategies for product definition and presented personas, competitive audits, journey maps, service blueprints, and findings & recommendations reports. In 2020, they worked as a Freelance UX + Visual Designer, as well as a UX Designer + Visual Designer at FOUND:RE Phoenix Hotel. From 2018-2020, they were a Faculty Associate and Instructor of Record at Arizona State University. Prior to that, from 2016-2018, they worked as a UX Design Associate, Junior UX Researcher, and Account Manager at Vive Lifestyle.

Caroline Hubbell obtained a User Experience Design Certificate from Prime Digital Academy in 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they earned a Master's degree (MFA) in Studio Art focused in Painting & Drawing from Arizona State University. Between 2010 and 2014, they completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Drawing and Painting from Penn State University.
