Courtney Craig

Courtney Craig is a Director of Product at Phase2, a position they have held since 2019. Prior to this, they were the Founder and Owner of The Gal Pal, LLC from 2017 to 2019. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Senior Consultant at Condado Group. From 2004 to 2015, they held various roles at TouchNet Information Systems, Inc., including Business Analyst, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager. Before that, they were an Assistant Registrar at Simmons College from 2000 to 2004.

Courtney Craig received a Master of Science (M.S.) in Library and Information Science from Simmons College in 2002, following a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History and Political Science from Baker University in 2000. Additionally, Courtney holds a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce, obtained in December 2019, as well as an Accredited ACH Professional certification from NACHA - The Electronic Payments Association.
