Michael Morris

EVP, Client Services at Phase2

Michael Morris has a wealth of experience in the software and technology industry. Michael began their career in 1995 as a Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they developed object-oriented software using Rumbaugh's Object Modeling Technique and designed and implemented complex interfaces among subsystem modules. In 1998, they joined Xpedior as a Technical Architect, providing expertise with BroadVision and Java technologies. Michael then moved to Number Six Software in 2001, where they served as a Technical Architect, providing technical architecture, project management, leadership, and mentoring. In 2006, they joined Phase2, where they have served in various roles, including EVP, Client Services, EVP, Business Development, SVP, Capabilities, SVP, Client Services, VP, Solutions, and Director, Client Solutions. In each role, they have worked closely with executives to ensure efficient processes, drive Phase2 towards lead generation, sales, and revenue goals, maintain high levels of talent, and optimize teams. Michael has also worked to develop standard solutions and maintain quality across all of Phase2's client delivery work.

Michael Morris earned their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University in 1995. Michael then went on to earn their Master of Science in Engineering Management from The George Washington University in 1998.
