PhaseOne AI is helping accountancy firms to grow by implementing proven AI frameworks, and educate the teams who work with them.

Examples of what we do:

1. AI Opportunity Overview.
Mapping all opportunities in your firm, specifically for your situation by interviewing leaders and specialists. The result is a roadmap of AI projects that will work, including timeline, ROI and resources needed.

2. Workflow Automations
Specialized in helping accountancy firms remove repetitive tasks where possible. We know what works, and where you should be careful. No big custom projects, as we keep everything as efficient as possible. We start small, and work from there.

3. Workshops on AI
No matter if we talk foundational knowledge in the age of AI with the help of our 4-level framework, or super specific use cases specialized for the accountancy industry.

4. AI Manifesto
Especially after attending workshops, many teams want to start working on their own ideas. We support in creating AI manifesto's with clear guidelines on how your company can leverage the power of AI, without fully losing control or creating massive amounts of bugs.
