Ping-Chung Chang

Ping-Chung Chang is a highly experienced professional in biostatistics and programming, currently serving as Head of Business Transformation and China General Manager at Phastar since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ping-Chung held several significant positions at PPD from May 2015 to March 2022, including Executive Director and Senior Director for the Asia Pacific region. Ping-Chung's expertise encompasses a range of roles in statistical analysis and trial management throughout multiple organizations, including MannKind Corporation, GSK, PAREXEL, Allergan, and Boehringer Ingelheim. Education credentials include a Master of Science in Biomathmatics, Statistics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biostatistics in Agriculture from National Taiwan University.
