Jonathan Bentley

Jonathan Bentley currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales, Operations, and Training at Phathom Pharmaceuticals, overseeing key commercialization efforts aimed at establishing the company as a leader in the gastrointestinal field. Previously, Jonathan held multiple progressive leadership roles at Intra-Cellular Therapies, achieving the position of Vice President of Sales after successfully launching Caplyta. Prior experiences include significant sales leadership positions at Radius Health, Salix Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, and AstraZeneca, where Jonathan consistently drove performance improvements and organizational growth. Jonathan began a military career as a Captain in the US Army, demonstrating leadership and accountability. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Information Systems from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
