Stephany Balow

Stephany Balow has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Stephany started their career as a Youth Specialist at Lutheran Services in Iowa, where they provided a safe and therapeutic environment to residents and was responsible for writing and conducting individual service plans. Stephany then worked as an Early Childhood Education Teacher at Skip-A-Long Child Development Services and as a Behavioral Consultant at Family Resources, Inc., where they provided direct services to families in need of supportive services. Stephany also held positions as a Substitute Teacher at Kids R Kids, a Nanny/Tutor in a part-time self-employed role, and a Brain Injury Service Coordinator at Candeo.

In 2014, Stephany joined Primary Health Care, Inc. (PHC) and held multiple roles, including Senior Executive Assistant (Corporate Compliance Coordinator), Compliance & Risk Management Director, and Director of Compliance & Risk. Before that, Stephany attended Iowa State University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a B.S. in Psychology. In 2006, they attended Des Moines Area Community College, and in 2005, they obtained a B.A. in Vocal Performance from Drake University.
