Bobby Vitatoe

Bobby Vitatoe is an experienced instructional designer currently working at Partnership HealthPlan of California, engaged in analyzing training needs and creating eLearning content. Vitatoe has served in the Air National Guard since April 2019, participating in monthly and annual training. Previous experience includes a role as an e-Learning Instructional Designer at Golden Gate University, where collaboration with faculty led to the development of online, hybrid, and in-person courses. At 8x8, Vitatoe contributed to the creation and enhancement of eLearning materials and customer support resources. Additionally, a volunteer position at Humankind Alliance involved conducting analysis and research for eLearning curriculum development.
