Buck Ellingson

Buck Ellingson currently serves as the Associate Director of Government Affairs at Partnership HealthPlan of California since June 2025. Previously, Buck held the position of Tribal Liaison at Gainwell Technologies, where responsibilities included building statewide Population Health Management Service. Prior experience includes serving as a Health Policy Analyst for the California Rural Indian Health Board and California Consortium for Urban Indian Health, and several roles as a Legislative Aide within the California State Assembly and Senate. Buck began the career in public service as a Sacramento Semester Intern at the California State Assembly. Buck earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from California State University-Sacramento between 2013 and 2015.
