Tiphanie Salehi

Tiphanie Salehi, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Health Data Analyst at Partnership HealthPlan of California since January 2023. Prior experience includes being an Assistant Professor of Business & Economics at Carolina University from August 2020 to January 2023 and a Research Assistant at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware from August 2014 to May 2020. Expertise in statistical analysis was demonstrated through the use of Python, Stata, and SAS, along with the design of quantitative research studies on the Affordable Care Act's impact. Educational credentials comprise a Ph.D. in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from the University of Delaware, complemented by multiple degrees in Economics from both the University of Delaware and Université Lumière Lyon 2.
