Sanjeev Gupta

Sanjeev Gupta is a seasoned Merchant Banker and Financial Advisor with extensive experience spanning over two decades, serving state governments, state-level undertakings, and large corporates since April 1999. Currently the Managing Director of NEXGEN Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since February 2008, Sanjeev has held significant leadership roles, including Chairman of the Energy Committee at the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry since September 2019 and Chairman of the Banking Committee from January 2014 to December 2015. Notably, Sanjeev served as a member of key advisory groups within the Ministry of Finance, contributing to critical reviews of non-banking financial companies and the banking regulatory framework. Sanjeev Gupta holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.
