Martin Ciappesoni

Martin Ciappesoni is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director for LATAM and Director of LATAM PMO at phData since May 2020, where leadership in strategic initiatives for the Latin American region plays a crucial role in the company’s global delivery strategy. Additionally, Martin co-founded Nooka Labs, a software boutique focused on developing innovative business solutions. Martin has also held notable positions such as Board Member at Syncro Viajes and System Project Leader at Ternium, leading various systems projects across multiple countries. Previous experience includes roles at Startup Grind Montevideo, Sabre Airline Solutions, Tango Modem, Virtualmind, Globant, Urunet, and GEOCOM Uruguay S.A., demonstrating strong project management and software development skills. Martin holds a Diploma in Business from the University of Cambridge and a degree in System Analysis on Technologies from Universidad ORT Uruguay.
