Tammy Bratcher is an experienced independent contractor at Palm Harbor Dermatology since 2012. Tammy is the founder of Premier Cosmetic Solutions since January 1990. With 23 years in the Beauty industry, Tammy has conducted over a thousand permanent makeup procedures in the past 16 years. Tammy holds a certification in Permanent Cosmetics and is a Certified Trainer in Permanent Cosmetics, Makeup, and Tattooing from the Society of Permanent Cosmetics in 2001-2002.
