Erica Cooper

Erica Cooper is a creative operations professional with extensive experience in managing and producing marketing campaigns. Currently serving as a Supervisor in Creative Operations at PHD since January 2024, Erica previously held the position of Supervisor, Creative Management at Hearts & Science, contributing to projects for notable clients such as Chanel and Warner Bros. Discovery. With a strong foundation in creative asset management from roles at HBO & HBO Max and global creative production at Shiseido’s bareMinerals, Erica has demonstrated expertise in planning, executing, and coordinating various media productions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining vendor relationships. Erica’s earlier experiences include graphic design for Clemson University’s Division of Student Affairs and marketing content development as a Brand Consultant for Tiger Media at Clemson University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University.
