Kate Browne

Kate Browne currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer at PHD since March 2022. Prior to this role, Kate held various positions at Essence, including VP of Business Operations and Business Operations Lead, from January 2018 to March 2022. At Maxus, from January 2012 to January 2018, Kate advanced through titles such as Head of Operations, Investment Business Director, and Digital Account Director. Earlier experience includes the role of Online Marketing Manager at Rail Europe and Digital Account Manager at i-level, where Kate managed client goals and digital campaign strategies. Kate began a career in Shanghai, China, as an English Language Teacher from January 2005 to March 2006. Kate holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Plymouth, obtained between 2001 and 2004, along with additional training from Scotwork.
