Barb Balinski

Barb Balinski joined the company in 2018 as Vice President of Engineering and in March 2021, she was named SVP, Innovation, and Technology, leading R&D, marketing, and IT functions for Tennant Company. Prior to joining Tennant, Barb led the engineering team at Whirlpool Corporation’s Integrated Business Units and spent eleven years with Saturn Corporation, a subsidiary of General Motors. She is a member of the Mechanical Engineering Advisory Council (MEAC) at the University of Minnesota.
