Amber Rockwell

Amber Rockwell is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at PHEAA since September 2017, following roles as a Senior HR Analyst and HR Analyst within the organization. Prior to PHEAA, Amber held various HR positions at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company from January 2015 to September 2017, including HR Call Center Supervisor and Employee Services Coordinator, along with a Human Resources Internship. Amber's foundational experience in human resources began with a Graduate Assistant position at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Employment and Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, both earned at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
