Elizabeth McCloud

Elizabeth McCloud has a diverse work experience in the financial aid industry. Elizabeth started their career at PHEAA in 1993, working in the Reinsurance Department of the Loan Division until 1995. In 1995, they joined Elizabethtown College as an Assistant Director of Financial Aid, and gradually climbed up the ladder, becoming an Associate Director in 1999 and eventually the Director of Financial Aid in 2005. After ten years at Elizabethtown College, Elizabeth returned to PHEAA as the Assistant Vice President of State Grant and Special Programs in 2015. In 2017, they were promoted to the position of Vice President, a role they currently hold.

Elizabeth McCloud obtained a B.A. in Political Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
