William Lindsey has over a decade of experience in federal relations and outreach, currently serving as Senior Vice President at PHEAA since March 2015, with previous roles including Interim Senior Vice President and Vice President of School Services. Prior to PHEAA, William worked at FedLoan Servicing as a Proprietary Sector Representative from October 2010 to March 2015 and was the Associate Director of Admissions at Central Penn College from January 2009 to November 2010. William holds a Bachelor’s degree in French from PennWest Clarion and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
