Cheryl Riley

Vice President, Education & Outreach at Pheasants Forever

Cheryl Riley has extensive work experience in the field of education and outreach in conservation and non-profit organizations. Cheryl started their career as an Outdoor Skills Education Coordinator at the Missouri Department of Conservation in 1978 and worked there until 1986. Cheryl then joined the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission as the Director of Education and Information from 1986 to 1992. After that, they worked at the National Wildlife Federation as the Vice President of Education, overseeing various education programs until 1996. From 1995 to 2005, they worked as a Consultant at Tallgrass Consulting, providing services like project management, communications, and leadership development for conservation and non-profit organizations. Since 2005, they have been working at Pheasants Forever as the Vice President of Education & Outreach, where they oversee national education and youth programs and three magazines, and has also created the National Youth Leadership Council.

Cheryl Riley's education history begins in 1967 when they enrolled at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Cheryl pursued a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Journalism and completed their studies in 1976.
