S. Amy Skyles Edd

S. Amy Skyles, EdD, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and Senior Vice President at Phelps County Bank, overseeing HR functions and collaborating with executive leadership on strategic initiatives. With extensive experience in human resources, S. Amy has held roles such as Senior Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Officer, focusing on employee engagement, benefits administration, recruiting, and technology solutions for HR operations. Prior to Phelps County Bank, S. Amy worked at Brewer Science as the Learning & Development Manager and as a Corporate Instructional Designer/Trainer, where responsibilities included developing training programs and a micro-learning strategy. S. Amy also has experience as a community coach at Instructure, owned Sassy Girl Photography, and served as an adjunct instructor at multiple educational institutions. An educational background includes a Doctor of Education in STEM Education Enhancement and a Master of Education in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education, among other qualifications.
