Linde Merrow has a rich background in the healthcare industry, spanning over three decades. With experience in various roles such as Care Manager, Project Manager, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Staff Nurse, and Head Nurse, Linde has honed their expertise in Quality Improvement, Regulatory Readiness, Risk Management, and Lean Implementation. Currently serving as the Administrative Director for Quality, Risk, Infection Prevention & Emergency Management at Phelps Health, Linde has also held positions at Phelps County Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph Hospital, and Greater Baltimore Medical Center. Linde holds a Master's Degree in Nursing from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wyoming.
