Omar Garza

Omar Garza is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong background in process and continuous improvement engineering. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at Phenix Flooring since February 2023, Omar previously held roles at Challenger Turf, Inc. as a Continuous Improvement Engineer and at Tarkett in various engineering capacities, including Process Engineer for Tufting and Manufacturing Engineer - BOM Specialist. Omar's experience also includes tenure as Industrial Engineer II at Mohawk Industries and Plant Process Engineer at Beaulieu America, where responsibilities included management training. Omar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University and an Associate of Science in Physics from Dalton State College.
