Phenix Gateway emerged from Phenix Technology's commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Led by CEO Angel Sanchez, Jr., the focus shifted beyond product excellence to creating an award-winning work environment that embraces diversity, including neurodivergent perspectives. This success led to the birth of Phenix Gateway, which aims to empower individuals with disabilities by providing access to career opportunities, education, hands-on experience, and mentorship. By offering on-site training in collaboration with Phenix Technology, Phenix Gateway paves a career trajectory for individuals with disabilities, making a significant contribution to the workforce economy. At its core, Phenix Gateway strives to create inclusive and diverse workplaces far beyond the walls of Phenix Technology, fostering an ecosystem of diversity and inclusivity within the workforce.
