Romain Dublanche

Romain Dublanche is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the media, telecommunications, and civic-tech sectors. Currently serving as Directeur Général Développement at Phenix Groupe since September 2022, Romain contributes to one of France's leading outdoor advertising groups. Previously, Romain held the position of Managing Director at in-Store Media from January 2015 to September 2022, focusing on media solutions for point-of-sale advertising. As co-founder and Président of FEDERAVOX, Romain influenced election strategy through data-driven targeting from February 2014 to July 2017. Romain also brought expertise to Orange as Chief of Staff to the CEO of International Carriers and as Wholesale & International Marketing Director, and served as a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent. Romain's educational background includes a Master in Management from HEC Paris, an Exchange MBA from Yonsei University, and a Master's in Political Science, Law, and Economics from Sciences Po Bordeaux.
