Ann Lim has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Ann began their career as a Site Manager at Rutgers University Computing Services from 1996 to 1999. Ann then worked at Telcordia Technologies, first as a Customer Service - Installation & Deployment Specialist from 1999 to 2005, and later as a Program Manager from 2005 to 2007. In these roles, they managed multiple international contracts, interfaced with regulatory agencies and service providers, and achieved positive customer success.

After Telcordia Technologies, Ann joined SeaChange International as a Sr. Program Manager from 2007 to 2014. Ann was responsible for managing enterprise accounts and providers in North America and Latin America. Ann led corporate initiatives, new product launches, and national roll-outs of video-on-demand and multi-screen video products.

From 2014 to 2015, Ann worked at Envivio as a Sr. Program Manager, where they managed key North American accounts such as Comcast, Charter/Time Warner Cable, Cox Communications, and AT&T. Ann deployed virtualized TV-everywhere platforms for live and video on-demand encoding and packaging for multi-screen devices.

Ann then joined Ericsson in 2015 as a Program Manager II, after Envivio was acquired by the company. Ann continued to program and project manage key North American accounts, deploying virtualized TV-everywhere platforms for live and video on-demand encoding and packaging for multi-screen devices.

In 2019, Ann became a Program Director at MediaKind Global, which was spun-off from Ericsson. Ann managed key US accounts such as Comcast and T-Mobile to deploy virtualized TV-Everywhere platforms for live and video on-demand encoding and packaging for multi-screen devices.

Most recently, Ann is employed at Phenix Real Time Solutions as a Principal Program Manager, starting in April 2021.

Ann Lim attended Cherry Hill High School East from 1991 to 1995. Ann then pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biotechnology with a Microbial Option at Rutgers University from 1995 to 1999.
