Chris Aune is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in management and strategy across various industries. Currently serving as the Owner and Managing Partner at Phenix Salon Suites Franchising since May 2019, Chris has previously held significant roles at major companies, including Apple, Marriott International, and Dell. At Apple, Chris contributed as a Senior Program Manager focused on enhancing customer and advisor experiences in the AppleCare chat business. While at Marriott, Chris served as Senior Director of Chat Strategy, where efforts led to remarkable growth in chat revenue and volume. Chris's long tenure at Dell encompassed various leadership roles, including Sales Director, Chief of Staff, Senior Global Product Manager, and more, showcasing a strong track record in sales, product management, and strategic development. Early career experiences include roles as a Professional Golfer and PGA Golf Professional, as well as service as a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Engineering and Leadership from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
