Desislava Dzhurkova

Desislava Dzhurkova is a seasoned finance and administration professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting. Currently, Desislava operates as a freelance consultant and serves as the managing partner and franchisee at Phenix Salon Suites Franchising. Previously, Desislava held senior positions at Davis Management Group, INC. as Sr. Director of Administration, Contracts and Finance, overseeing major contracts for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and managing compliance for USAID-funded projects. Earlier roles include Deputy Chief of Party for USAID programs at Counterpart International and ECPAT International, as well as key administrative leadership positions at prominent educational institutions. Desislava holds an MBA in Economics and Management from Erasmus University and Sofia University, complemented by a BSc in Social Sciences from Sofia University.
