Tal Ofek

Tal Ofek, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Tal is currently the COO of Pheno.AI since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at DayTwo Ltd. where they held the positions of VP Projects from March 2017 to December 2021 and Projects Director from September 2015 to February 2017. Before their time at DayTwo Ltd., they worked in Business Development & Finance at F.K. GROUP from August 2012 to August 2015. Tal Ofek also has experience in the government sector, having served as the Head of the Consultation and Legislation Section at the Israeli Ministry of Communications from 2003 to 2005. Tal was also a Fellow at Eisenhower Fellowships in March to May 2005. Earlier in their career, Tal Ofek worked as a Senior Assistant to the Legal Adviser at the Israeli Ministry of Communications from 1999 to 2002.

Tal Ofek, Ph.D., completed their education in law with a focus on different areas of study. Tal first graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Tel-Aviv University in 1998. Following this, they pursued further studies, earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2000 and 2002. In 2002, as part of the Erasmus Program, Tal Ofek obtained an additional degree in Law and Economics (EMLE). Continuing their academic pursuit, they acquired a Doctor of Philosophy (D.Phil) in Law from the University of Oxford, where they studied from 2006 to 2011.
