Alison Ebling has extensive work experience in customer care and technical support roles. Alison is currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Customer Care at Phenom. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Global Customer Care and Director of Technical Support at the same company. Before joining Phenom, Alison worked at Radial Inc. for a significant period of time, where they held roles such as Manager of Client Production Support and Senior Analyst of Client Production Support. Alison'sresponsibilities included providing technical support to clients, managing support teams, and training on ITIL standards. Alison also has experience in marketing and account management, having worked at Lorel Marketing Group as an Account Executive and Account Coordinator. Alison began their career as a Marketing Manager at Smart Business Credit Inc. and as a Client Care Representative at Pennmark Auto Group.
Alison Ebling attended Towson University from 2002 to 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Alison then transferred to West Chester University of Pennsylvania and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from 2003 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Alison is currently pursuing a Chorus Certification from ZoomInfo, and they obtained a Phenom People Certified Power User certification from Phenom People in May 2021.
