Hanan Hermelin

Hanan Hermelin is an experienced professional in product experience and user experience design, currently serving as the Executive Director of Product Experience and General Manager at Phenom since January 2016. At Phenom, an HR technology company focused on improving job placement and candidate engagement, Hanan has contributed to recruiting top talent and enhancing the overall candidate experience. Prior to this role, Hanan worked at CoolVision as a UX/UI Designer, responsible for product planning, research, prototyping, and team management. Additionally, Hanan has experience as a freelance graphic web designer and as a web designer and project manager at LiveCity, where client needs were analyzed and addressed throughout the project lifecycle. Hanan holds a BA in Communications from Sapir College and has completed professional education at John Bryce.
