Hannah Madden

Hannah Madden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Team Lead at Phenom since December 2020, Hannah has previously held multiple roles at TEKsystems from June 2018 to December 2020, including Account Manager and Risk & Security Recruiter. During this time, Hannah developed strong client relationships and demonstrated expertise in technical market trends, talent acquisition, and mentoring recruiters. Earlier professional experiences include a Marketing & Public Relations Internship at UPMC Pinnacle and various student roles at Slippery Rock University, where Hannah honed skills in communications, fundraising, and event management.
