Jason Mandell

Jason Mandell is a Talent Acquisition Specialist currently with Phenom since February 2023, bringing extensive experience in recruitment and talent consulting. From April 2022 to January 2023, Jason served as a Senior Recruiter at Wayfair, and prior to that, as a Talent Consultant at ORS Partners from February 2020 to April 2022, where expertise in outsourced recruitment solutions was leveraged. Jason's background also includes significant roles at Aerotek from May 2017 to February 2020 in various recruiting capacities, and a Client Support Representative position at TransUnion from October 2015 to May 2017. In addition to professional experience, Jason holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University, earned between 2008 and 2013. Jason has also contributed as an on-ice official at USA Hockey since September 2019.
