Jim Rastogi-Wilson, PMP, has extensive work experience in project and program management. Jim currently works at Phenom as a Senior Director Global Customer Care and previously served as the Director of Managed Services. Prior to their time at Phenom, Jim worked at NextGen Healthcare as a Program Manager and Project Manager, where they led beta programs for multiple ambulatory care solutions and managed project tasks, risks, and deliverables. Jim also has experience at Cerner Corporation as a Beta Site Manager for Revenue Cycle Solutions and at Siemens Healthcare as a Beta Site Manager, Account Manager, and IT Project Manager for Revenue Cycle Solutions. Jim also has previous experience as a self-employed SAT Verbal & Writing Tutor, Executive Assistant at the City of Philadelphia, and Server at Pod Restaurant. Jim started their career as a Documentary Producer at New City Press & Temple University and as an Assistant Director and Writing Tutor at Temple University Writing Associates.

Jim Rastogi-Wilson, PMP earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Communications, and Spanish from Temple University in 2002. Jim then pursued higher education at The University of Manchester, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Social Anthropology in 2004. Alongside their academic achievements, Jim has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. These include the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2014 and the Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) certification from HIMSS in 2019. Additionally, they have completed several courses on LinkedIn, covering topics such as leadership, emotional intelligence, storytelling, and more. In 2021, Jim also became a Phenom People Certified Power User.
