VP, Technology at Phenom

Mohan Gunti is currently the VP of Technology at Phenom People. Prior to this, they were with MIT Technology Review (ES) Global Insights Panel and HCLAmerica Inc, where they served as Operations Director.

At HCL America, they were responsible for the IT Simplification Program of a Global Investment Banking Customer with Wealth Management and Investment Bank IT Organizations in scope. The combined portfolio had more than 500+ Applications with a team of 1000+ people spread across Five Countries in America, Europe and Asia.

Some of the key objectives of the Program were to reduce total cost of ownership, release of management bandwidth of Customer managers for strategic initiatives, drive IT simplification and industrialization, improve or maintain operational stability of legacy applications, and application portfolio optimization (APO) through decommissioning.

Mohan Gunti has a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master's degree from University of Hyderabad, and a PhD in Technology Management from University of Hyderabad. Mohan also has certifications from MIT Professional Education in Machine Learning: From Data to Decisions and Phenom People in Phenom People Certified Power User.

Mohan Gunti reports to Mahe Bayireddi, Co-Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Joseph Smith - VP, Finance, Hari Bayireddy - Co-Founder & COO, and Andy Joeres - VP, Sales - EMEA.
