Morgan Onopa

Morgan Onopa has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They have held various leadership positions at Phenom, including Director of Operations Excellence and Director of Global Delivery. In these roles, they were responsible for creating a culture of empowerment, tracking business performance, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement. Morgan also has experience as a Director of Client Services and as an Implementation Manager at Phenom. Prior to Phenom, they worked as a Creative Project Manager at Williams Lea Tag, an Operations Manager and Co-Owner at Lei Louis Designs, and a Manager of Premium Hospitality Programs at CID Entertainment. Additionally, Morgan has worked in the music industry as a Production Coordinator at AEI Entertainment, an Executive Assistant at Marseille and Company Management, and an Assistant to the Creative Director at Gold Mind Entertainment.

Morgan Onopa pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music Business at Berklee College of Music from 2004 to 2007.
