Ranjith Repala

Ranjith Repala is an accomplished technology leader with significant expertise in software development and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Director of Implementations at Phenom since April 2017, Ranjith has demonstrated a remarkable ability to scale teams from 16 to 256 members while implementing effective processes that promote efficiency and innovation. Prior to this role, Ranjith was the Practice Head and Sr. QA Manager at Lumeris, where responsibilities included delivering global quality assurance services, managing both functional and non-functional testing for complex healthcare applications, and overseeing quality management programs. Ranjith holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from a university in London, earned between 2002 and 2004.
