Erica Safan

Erica Safan has a diverse and extensive work experience in marketing and customer service roles. Erica is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Phenomenex, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they were the Senior Manager of PhenoLogix and Technical Marketing from July 2020 to December 2021. Erica also served as the Senior Manager of Global Business Unit Marketing at Phenomenex from January 2016 to July 2020. Before joining Phenomenex, they worked as the Strategic Marketing Manager for New Products and Clinical Industry Marketing Manager from January to December 2015. Erica's earlier experience includes roles at Phenomenex as the Sample Preparation Brand Manager/Clinical Industry Manager from January 2010 to 2014 and as a Sample Preparation Specialist from July 2007 to December 2009. Erica began their career as a Marketing Communications Associate at MBL International from June 2006 to June 2007.

Erica Safan received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Boston University, where they attended from 2001 to 2005. Erica then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Biotechnology at Boston University from 2005 to 2006.
