Kristy Gibbs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analytics, CRM strategy, and brand management. As Co-Founder and CEO of Access to Insight, LLC since November 2012, and in the role of Data Analytics & CRM Strategy at PHENOMENON since January 2013, Kristy has demonstrated leadership in developing effective marketing solutions. Previously, Kristy served as Senior Vice President of CRM & Brand Strategy at Leo Burnett from March 2003 to November 2012, overseeing a diverse team to enhance client initiatives such as those for Kellogg Company. Earlier experience includes consulting for Accenture from 1999 to 2003, focusing on CRM analytical modeling for AT&T. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Management of Technology from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University.
